 Lose 10 Pounds Fast Diet Plan 

Day (1) : Eat all kinds of fruits except banana.
Apple, Watermelon and Citrus Fruits are Preferred , You can eat when ever you feel hungry "no restrictions"

For Drink :
  • Take a glass of mild warm water and add 2 tablespoon of Honey and 3 Tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, mix it well and drink it before breakfast once daily for all 7 days.
  • Green tea :Three cups a day can help you burn 80 calories.
Note :
  • you should have at least consumed the equivalent of:( 4 Apples, 4 Oranges, a Watermelon and 2 Pomegranates )
  • Fruit juice is not allowed .
  • Drink at least 10 Glass of water .

Day (2) : Only allowed to eat vegetables.
raw vegetables, boil vegetables (Allowed)
Cream, butter, milk and oil        (Not allowed)

Note :
  • Drink at least 10 Glass of water .
  • you can start your day with one boiled potato.

Day (3) : Eat both vegetables and fruits.
You can eat as much fruits and vegetables as you can but remember :

Note :
  • Using oil, butter, cheese and similar products is not allowed
  • You are not allowed to drink fruit juice, only fruit as whole is allowed.
  • Potato is not allowed on Day 3.
  • You can eat all fruits except Banana.
  • Drink at least 10 Glass of water .
Day (4) : Banana, Milk and diet soup.
this is your menu for day 4
8 bananas , 3 glasses of milk and 1 bowl of diet soup (for the whole day)


Note :
  • Drink at least 10 Glass of water .

Day (5) : Rice Time.
 it is a mixture of fruits , vegetables and a small cup of boiled rice


Note :
  • vegetables (1 Bowl of Salad , 6 Tomatoes)
  • fruits (2 Apples, 1 Orange , 1 Grape Fruit )
  • Drink at least 10 Glass of water .
  • (Optional) 1/2 Glass of Skimmed Milk.
  • (Optional) Diet Soup.

Day (6) : Vegetables and Rice.
This time you are allowed to have a small bowl of boiled rice with vegetable.

Note :
  • Using oil, butter, cheese and similar products is not allowed
  • Drink at least 10 Glass of water .

Day (7) : Vegetables, Rice and Fresh Fruit Juice .
it's the last day Congratulations ! ;)

your menu is : Rice 1 Small Bowl, Fresh Fruit Juice, Vegetable Salad, Diet Soup
Don't forget to drink 10 Glass of Water .
